TMI Climate Solutions manufactures a complete line of Modular Heat Transfer Systems as a solution for your HVAC needs. Our heat transfer systems are a combination of different types of equipment arrangement for process water pumping and control systems. They are typically designed as single lift units, however larger systems may be easily split into sections for shipment and reattachment in the field.
A standard unit can include a variety of heat transfer specialty equipment including single or multiple power feeds, plate and frame heat exchangers, solids separators, and hot well/cold well tanks. All Modular Heat Transfer Systems can be designed with PLC or HVAC based controls.

From start to finish, any Modular Heat Transfer skid takes approximately 10-20 weeks, depending on the specialty equipment selected, to design, procure, manufacture , and install with proper coordination. You, as the customer, have control over major equipment vendors including the pumps, tanks, and electrical gear. With the integration of the industrial grade controls, the end user receives a system equal to or better than a traditional field built pumping systems.
